2015年10月26日，香港城市大学计算机系助理教授王聪博士访问福建省网络安全与密码技术重点实验室，并在成功楼601会议室进行了题为“Some Challenges towards Encrypted Cloud media Centre”的学术报告。 王老师首先向大家介绍了多媒体数据在公共云平台中存在的安全隐患以及大量的多媒体数据在存储过程中存在空间浪费的问题。针对这些问题，王老师回顾了别人对于该问题的成果并分析了这些成果存在的问题，最后王老师给大家介绍了他是如何有效精简地存储大量多媒体数据以及保护其隐私的工作。在报告中，王老师还向同学们介绍了去香港读博的一些情况。 报告之后，王老师和大家进行了交流并耐心解答了老师和同学们的疑惑，最后还向大家介绍了简化图片上传云端的前沿工作，本次报告在与会者中引起了强烈的反响并受到大家的一致好评。 专家简介： Cong Wang has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, since August 2012. He received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, and the Ph.D. degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA, all in electrical and computer engineering. He interned with the Palo Alto Research Center, Palo Alto, CA, USA, in the summer of 2011. His research interests are in the areas of cloud computing security, with current focus on secure data and computation outsourcing in public cloud. His work is currently supported by the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong, Microsoft Azure Research Award, and the Amazon Web Services Research Grant. He is a member of IEEE and ACM. |
